Prices include all local taxes and cleaning on departure, as well as utilities and linen / towels.

Electric pool heat is available if required.  It's $120 per week, and can be requested either at the time of booking, or can be quickly and easily organised when you are in the house.  Pool heat is normally provided from 9am to 6pm each day.

Discounts are available for stays of a month or more.

There is a booking deposit of £150 / $250 per week, and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
