There are many great golf courses for the vacation golfer to play in and around Fort Myers. The city has 43 courses in total, and there are no fewer than 100 within a 25 mile radius. The nearest is Golf View, a 9 hole semi-private course that is immediately behind our neighbourhood. You can walk to it. Lexington Country Club also comes well recommended, and is within a 5 minute car ride. Colonial Pointe is not situated on a golf course, so if you are looking for a rental house situated in a golf community, our house isn't for you. But if you want somewhere in a great location, with very easy access lots of great courses, you'll love it.
