Welcome to Colonial Pointe Villa, our vacation home in South Fort Myers, on the beautiful gulf coast of Southwest Florida.  The house was a former model home for the neighbourhood and is furnished and appointed to the highest standards, with its own private pool overlooking a lake.  It's a family home as well as a rental house, and we continually upgrade the furnishings and fittings for everyone's enjoyment.

Colonial Pointe is an exclusive, gated neighbourhood of just 72 single-family homes, surrounding a peaceful lake, and within easy reach of all kinds of facility.

It's just 15 minutes from the glorious west coast islands of Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach,  with their beautiful white-sands.  Surrounded by great golf courses, and with a wide selection of local shops and restaurants close at hand.

Fort Myers is a great place for a vacation, for all the family.  You can just chill out on the Island beaches or around the pool if that's your thing.  Or if you want things to do, there's everything from golf, boating, fishing, seeing fantastic wildlife in its natural habitat, searching for tropical shells, parasailing, jet skiing, scuba diving and lots more.
